How to deal with the ‘blah’ days
Let's face it. Some days are pure blah. You have zero energy. Zero motivation. You feel like a zombie.
I have a blueprint for you for those days that you are energy zapped and all you could muster is to lie in bed and hate having to face that day.
1)Make this dua
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعْوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الهَمِّ وَ الْحَزَنِ، وَالعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ، والبُخْلِ والْجُبْنِ، وضَلَعِ الدَّيْنِ وغَلَبَةِ الرِّجَالِ
Allaahumma 'innee 'a'oothu bika minal-hammi walhazani, wal'ajzi walkasali, walbukhli waljubni, wa dhala'id-dayni wa ghalabatir-rijaal.
O Allah, I seek refuge in you from grief and sadness, from weakness and from laziness, from miserliness and from cowardice, from being overcome by debt and overpowered by men.

2)Count your 3 wins
Whether it's small as taking a shower, or mustering the energy to cook a meal, count 3 things that you define as a win. This is your to do list for the day. Nothing more.
Save the long list of to dos when you aren't as lethargic. Just do these 3 things and consider your day a win.
3)Notice the pattern
Whether it's PMS, or change in the climate. Notice how frequently you feel zapped out and when. Try to figure out a pattern and be prepared with your 3 wins for the day when you get that all too familiar feeling of blah.
