Don’t stress out-Allah’s there

Don’t stress out- Allah is there

When you get that all too familiar feeling of overwhelm- your chest feels tight, your head is whirring with millions of thoughts and worry- Take a step back. Relax, - and breathe. Allah’s got you.

He is there for you. He is Al Baseer- The All seer- He sees the entangled mess in your heart and head. He hears your million thoughts that’s whirring through your brain quicker than the speed of light- The All-Hearing-As-Samee’

He sees your desperation- your search for answers- your search for escape from this unpleasant reality. Relax,-and breathe. Allah’s got you.

He sent a messenger who taught you exactly what to do in such a situation-turn to Al Mujeeb (The one who responds) with beautiful, thirst quenching words-

"O Allah, I am Your slave, son of Your slave, son of Your handmaid, my forelock is in Your hand (i.e. You have total mastery over me), Your command over me is forever executed and Your decree over me is just. I ask You by every name belonging to You which You named Yourself with, or revealed in Your Book, or You taught to any of Your creation, or You have preserved in the knowledge of the unseen with You, that You make the Qur'an the life of my heart and the light of my bosom, and a departure for my sorrow and a release for my anxiety." Note: Allah will take away the anxiety and sorrow out of the heart of him who recites this supplication, as mentioned in this hadith by our prophet (may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).
